Our standard summer buildings come as standard with summerhouse joinery grade Georgian doors and Georgian windows. These can then be adapted or changed to your precise needs with the addition of various options including extra (plain or georgian) windows, no windows on one side, internal partitions (allowing part of it to be used for storage) or you may wish to add from any of our wide range of joinery quality doors and matching windows. Sizes:	Anything from 6' x 6' up to 10' x 14' is possible. Larger sizes are available to our Sectional Building specification.
Height:	Eaves is 6' rising to 6'10" at the ridge on buildings up to 9' in width, 6'3" eaves rising to 7' 6" at ridge on larger models.
Cladding:	Available in our attractive Redwood T&G Loglap, or Redwood T&G Shiplap
Timber Frame:	38mm x 38mm prepared quality European or Scandinavian timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints. Option for heavy duty 47mm x 47mm.
Roof:	No chipboard or plywood. All solid timber. 16mm T&G boards covered with green mineral felt. Buildings with a roof size of 8' and over in depth come complete with solid roof beams or trusses.
Floor:	All solid timber - 16mm T&G matchboarding - with strengthening joists spaced at generous 12" centres.
Double Doors:	Are standard on all summer buildings over 9' in width. They are not available on units under this size without optional extra summerhouse height.
Door Position:	Is normally in the centre of the front summer building panel, however alterations are usually possible.
Security:	Joinery type doors come with a mortise lock and handles.
Optional Extras:	Opening windows, Glazed doors, Stable doors, Partitions, Extra Height, Window boxes, Benches, Red roofing felt and a full range of Joinery doors and windows.
Nominal Sizes:-	All summer houses timber sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.

By individually designing and constructing every single timber summer building, we are able to offer you a degree of flexibility not usually available elsewhere. We are able to say that "if you are unable to locate a suitable summer building from our standard range, we will build to your exact specification." Indeed, Titan's range of bespoke summer and leisure houses are limited only by our customers imagination. Our only limitation is that the summerhouse building must be rectangular. Obviously, each individual summerhouse building will require an individual quotation.

It is very easy to get an indication of cost of your bespoke timber building by using the following format, however, we are always happy to talk through your plans to ensure that you receive the timber leisure building that YOU would like. • Decide what size you would like your leisure building to be. This garden building must be rectangular or square. It is possible to have special sizes made i.e 8' 9" x 12' 3" etc. You would take the next higher size to determine the price. n.b. even if the size you want is not on the price list, provided your proposed timber building is less than 30' x 14' then we can make this for you.
• Decide what type of Redwood cladding you would like. Have a look here for explaination of different claddings.
• Decide whether you would like an apex (pointed roof) or pent (flat roof with 1 slope) building roof.
• Look on sectional price list and obtain price for basic timber building.
• Does your building need any extra height? Add 5% to the basic garden building price for each extra 5" in height you would like
• Would you like a timber floor in your leisure building? Add 15% to the basic timber building price for a solid timber floor.
• If you would like the garden shed size framing (1½" x 1½") instead of sectional building size framing (2" x 2") deduct 15% from the basic garden building price.
• The basic timber building would come with a single solid shed door and as many, or as few, fixed standard (24" x 18" wide") windows as you would like. If you would like joinery doors (solid or Georgian) or opening windows then look on this page and choose the number and type of doors and windows you would like.
• If you would like a partition across the shorter dimension of your timber garden building this would add 10% to the basic garden building price. If you have a partition decide if you would like a shed door in this and add the cost of this from the list of options or the joinery page
