Sizes:	The Wilbye Summer Building is available in sizes from 8 x 5 up to 20 x 12
Cladding:	16mm (13mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap. Option for Loglap.
Framing:	Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (NOT chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors:	Up to 8 x 8: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers. Floors 8 x 8 and over: Summer Buildings which are 8' wide & 8' deep and over in size have a heavy duty ¾" v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 48mm x 48mm (2x2) pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows:	Joinery made Georgian windows down to floor on front. 12 pane Georgian opening window on each side. 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone.
Corner Strips:	Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment:	External cladding treated.
Doors:	Joinery quality (1¾" thick) joinery grade Georgian glazed doors and hung on black 'antique style' hinges, handles and 5 lever mortice lock.
Nails:	Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Internal height:	Eaves 6' 0½" on this Summer Building - Ridge height: 6' 8" high on 8' models - 7' 2" high on 10' models - 8' 0" on 16' models - Extra height available
Assembly:	This Summer Building will be erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. The Wilbye Summer Building is secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking it down again if needed.
Optional Extras:	2', 3' or 4' verandahs. Toughened, laminated or wired glass.
