The Diamond Timber Garden Rushden Summerhouse is a very traditional summerhouse offering either a Classic or Georgian style option. Both summerbuilding styles features double joinery quality doors (1¾" thick) in the front. The Georgian Summer House has fully opening side windows and the Classic Summer House has top opening side windows, all windows being joinery made. There is an option to have a summer house balcony with a timber decked floor to produce a superb and functional Summerhouse.

The Rushden Summerhouse comes as standard on 2x2 vertical framing and these chalets are available in sizes from 7 x 5 right up to 20 x 12, although larger sizes are possible, please ask for a quote. These summmer buildings are superbly made and offer very good value for money for your money as the price includes, free external treatment, assembly, opening windows as standard and featuring black 'Antique-style' ironmongery. All these features makes for a very popular summerhouse.

Cladding:	19mm (16mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Loglap
Framing:	Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the summer houses corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (NO chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors:	Up to 8 x 8: Summer Houses smaller than 8 x 8 have 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impreganted bearers. Floors 8 x 8 and over: Summer Buildings which are 8' wide & 8' deep and over in size have a heavy duty ¾" v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 48mm x 48mm (2x2) pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows:	On all summer houses the windows are joinery made, with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Opening window on each wall is top hung, on Classic Summer Houses, with two t-hinges and has one 10" casement stay, and fully opening side windows on Georgian Summer Houses.
Doors:	Joinery quality (1¾" thick) Georgian style double doors, on Georgian and joinery grade 2/3rd glazed doors on Classic and hung on black 'antique style' hinges, handles and 5 lever mortice lock. Height approx 67".
Nails:	On all these Summer Houses rust resistant nails are used to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Corner Strips:	Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment:	External cladding treated.
Height:	Eaves height 5' 8¾" Ridge height: Up to 8' wide - 6' 5¼" high. 9' & 10' - 6' 11" high - 12' & over 7' 7" high. Extra height available:

Assembly:	All Rushden summer houses are erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. All summer houses are secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking them down again if needed.
