Sizes:	The Leisure Cabin is available in sizes from 8 x 6 up to a superb 12 x 10, please ask for quote is you require a different size.
Cladding:	16mm x 100mm (13mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap. Option for Loglap.
Framing:	Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the corners when assembled aproximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (not chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors:	up to 8 x 8 - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers. Summer Buildings which are 8' wide & 8' deep and over in size have a heavy duty ¾" v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 48mm x 48mm (2x2) pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows:	All Cabins have joinery made Georgian with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. With decorative Cabin shutters and window box
Corner Strips:	Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment:	External cladding treated.
Doors:	Fully Ledged and braced (thickness of framing is 100mm x 38mm). The Leisure Cabin door can be hung on left or right hand side (if specified at time of ordering). Size: 5' 8" x 2' 6" on all models. Supplied with a rimlock and handle for security.
Nails:	Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Cabin Height:	Eaves height 5' 8¾" - Ridge Cabin height - 6' 5¼"up to 8' wide 6' 8¾" high on 9' wide Cabins - 6' 11" high on 10' & 11' wide Cabins 7' 7" high 12' & over Cabins - Extra height available
Assembly:	All Leisure Cabin buildings are erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. Cabin Buildings are secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking them down again if needed.
Nominal Sizes:	All summer buildings sizes quoted are (unless stated finished sizes) before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
