The Diamond Garden Leisure Hertford Chalet has standard features of an 14" chalet roof overhang with Scolloped fascia boards, two panel glazed double doors and an opening window on one side. An attractive style of chalet. The Hertford Chalet comes in three sizes 7 x 5, 8 x 6 & 8 x 8. Chalet prices includes free external treatment, assembly & floor.

Sizes: Summer Buildings available in three sizes 7 x 5, 8 x 6 & 8 x 8
Cladding: 16mm x 100mm (12mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap
Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the chalet corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (NOT chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floor: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows: Opening window with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone.
Corner Strips: Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment: External cladding treated.
Doors: Joinery Chalet quality (1¾" thick) fully glazed double doors and hung on galvanised tee hinges with handles and 5 lever mortice lock.
Nails: Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Height: Eaves height 5' 8¾"
Ridge height 6' 5¼"

Assembly: All Hertford Chalet summer buildings are erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. Summer Buildings are secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking them down again if needed.
Optional Extras: 2', 3', and 4' verandah. Toughened, laminated or wired glass.
