The Diamond Garden Leisure Buildings Eurochalet is a pleasantly appealing summer building with an overhang on the front chalet wall (approx 14 inches) . This chalet style is very popular on the European market. Constructed as a transverse summer building clad in Loglap instead of Shiplap. This Chalet building comes complete with window box. The Eurochalet comes in sizes from 7 x 5 up to 12 x 8. Great value for money as the price includes, free external treatment, assembly, Georgian windows and window box. All these features give this summer building style.

Summer House Sizes: The Euro Chalet is available in nine sizes from 7 x 5 up to 12 x 8
Cladding: 19mm x 100mm (16mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Loglap
Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the corners of the chalet when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (not chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors: up to 8 x 8 - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers.
Floors 8 x 8 and over Summer Buildings which are 8' wide & 8' deep and over in size have a heavy duty ¾" v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 48mm x 48mm (2x2) pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows: Joinery made Georgian joinery made with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Window box included.
Corner Strips: Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment: External cladding treated.
Doors: Fully Ledged and braced (thickness of framing is 100mm x 38mm). The chalet door can be hung on left or right hand side (if specified at time of ordering). Size: 5' 8" x 2' 6" on all models. Supplied with a rimlock and handle for security.
Nails: Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Height: Eaves height 5' 8¾" - Ridge height 6' 5¼"
Extra height available
Assembly: All summer chalet buildings are erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. Chalet Buildings are secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking them down again if needed.
Optional Extras: 2', 3', and 4' verandah. Toughened, laminated or wired glass.
Nominal Sizes: All shed sizes quoted are (unless stated finished sizes) before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
