Diamond Redwood Timber Summer Houses Brighton Summer Building is a very special leisure building as it incorporates an attractive summer building roof overhang with scolloped fascia boards. There is also an option to have a very attractive summer building Bow window on the front to create a unique Garden Leisure Chalet Building. It comes as standard on 2x2 vertical framing and sizes range from 12 x 6 right up to 20 x 12.

You get a lot of summer building for your money as the price includes, free external treatment, assembly, a fully opening summer building window on each side and featuring black 'Antique-style' ironmongery. All these features makes for a very popular leisure garden building

Sizes: All Brighton Summer Buildings available in sizes from 12 x 6 up to a superb 20 x 12
Cladding: 16mm (13mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap. Option for Loglap
Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the summer buildings corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (not chipboard, sterling board or plywood) and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
Floors: up to 8 x 8 - 16mm (16mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers.
Summer Buildings which are 8' wide & 8' deep and over in size have a heavy duty ¾" v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 48mm x 48mm (2x2) pressure impregnated bearers.
Windows: Summer Buildings joinery made with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Opening summer building window on each wall is top hung with two t-hinges and has one 10" casement stay.
Corner Strips: Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
Treatment: External cladding treated.
Doors: Summer Buildings joinery quality (1¾" thick) Georgian style double doors, on Georgian and Summer Buildings joinery grade 2/3rd glazed doors on Classic and hung on black 'antique style' hinges, handles and 5 lever mortice lock.
Nails: Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
Height: Eaves height - 6' 0½" on all summer buildings
Internal Ridge height - 7' 11" on all summer buildings.
Extra height available:
Styles: Flat Brighton Summer Buildings: Georgian Joinery Windows go on the front face, and two front corners, of the building with the joinery doors offset to one side.
Bow Brighton Summer Buildings: Georgian Bow shaped Joinery Windows go on the front face, and two front corners, of the building with the joinery doors offset to one side.
Assembly: All Brighton summer leisure buildings are erected free of charge, provided you supply a flat solid level base. These summer buildings are secured with coach screws to ensure ease of taking them down again if needed.
